      Come join us for a weekly yoga class to start your week flowing. A class designed for any level yogi from beginners to advanced. Get back in balance, tuned up and ready to go for the busy week ahead.

      Teacher Jeanne Beveridge is a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and well versed in Hatha and Ashtanga practices. She is also a Certified Macrobiotic Chef and Teacher, sharing the knowledge and practices for natural optimal health.

      This class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master Training. It is complete with 2 levels, 2 attunenments, 4 master symbols & 8 treatment symbols. We have experimented with & taught this system for 5 years & have found it to be effective & powerful. In fact, most students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki! The energy has a more definite feeling to it. It works on the emotional & spiritual levels & also can help one become more grounded.
